Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is set towards the center with rooms all made in wood, which affects sound insulation. My room had a shared balcony, a bit of a concern, but overall, the experience was awesome and much better than the deluxe room.
The hotel rooms are small but cozy, with the only downside being the loud noise at night. On the bright side, they come with a balcony that offers a lovely view of the sea. The staff were friendly and informative, but we had to wait upon arrival. The location is superb, providing an amazing view of Singapore, and it's very convenient to access from the Sekupang ferry terminal. The dining options were basic and not suitable for everyone, while the facilities were somewhat mediocre.
Staying at this hotel was a mix of delights and disappointments. The rooms, though minimal in design, had comfortable beds and offered a wonderful view of the sea and resort from the balcony. However, we faced issues with the balcony shared with the adjacent room, leading to a room switch during our stay. The incredible sea view was undeniably a highlight of our trip.
Even though the hotel is in an odd location with some issues in the rooms, the friendly service and fantastic dining make up for it. The new sunbeds and proximity to the ferry terminal are huge pluses.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were basic but comfortable, they felt too cramped, leading to a room switch due to constant issues. The service was a bit lacking as bug spray was only provided after our child got bug bites, and lunch arrangements were unexpected. However, the staff, despite not always being helpful, had a genuinely nice and hard-to-explain hospitality vibe. The location was a bit inconvenient for dining out but was near Sekupang Terminal, which was a plus. The dining experience had some issues with birds and lacked quality, but sweet cakes were included. Overall, the facilities didn't stand out but were functional.
The hotel offers a charming beach atmosphere with well-designed rooms but lacks soundproofing, making conversations from neighboring balconies easily heard. The room size is small, providing a less than ideal experience.
My stay at the hotel was nice overall, but there were a few downsides. The rooms were a bit small and not soundproofed. However, the location was lovely with a great view, and you could clearly see Singapore from there. The service was a bit confusing, but they did offer a free shuttle bus to the resort. The dining experience was decent, although I wish there were more options. The facilities were satisfactory.
I found the hotel to be a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although tiny and in a traditional house-on-stilts style, offer a lovely view but require a long walk from the pool and restaurant. On the bright side, they are nearer to the facilities, which is a plus.
The hotel had simple rooms along the seafront view, although they were cramped, hot, and inconvenient with a very steep staircase and no safety barrier. The air conditioning wasn't very cold but the rooms were clean and provided necessary amenities. The service, especially at reception, was excellent, but there were some issues with acknowledging mistakes. The location was excellent despite some oddities and dangerous spots, and the dining experience offered variety with a cozy bar and sea view. The facilities were good but had some room for improvement.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and had a nice balcony with a view of the sea, but unfortunately, water leaked onto my wallet and passport, causing minor damage. The service was top-notch, with extremely courteous staff and great food served with a seaside view. The location was convenient for transfers but a bit far from restaurants, requiring taxis. The dining options were good overall, but improvements were suggested for certain items. Overall, a nice stay with some minor inconveniences.
